Character wants normalcy about virus

She has a good family life with caring and supporting parent. It was a loss of social connections and a way to keep busy but she was not effected financially. She lives in Syracuse New York.

She has a good relationship with her parents, they support her with anything she does. She is from upstate New York(Syracuse), and she lives at home as of now since she is remote from school because of the virus.

She chose the University of Florida because she loves the warm weather and wanted to be near beaches. She likes to go to regular restaurants but will occasionally go to fun places like steak houses and fancy sushi places. They would hang out in each others houses, go out to eat, to parties, and play games.

Love that first question - the answer to that will really shape the story.

My character had a successful summer with her friends and boyfriend, they were able to go to places like the beach and on vacation. She was in a somewhat normalcy situation. However, once the numbers started to go up again she felt like she was in a never-ending circle. Her parents will support her if she needs. She lives with her family at home because she did school remotely.

Question number 1 is a good one - does she see anyone in person at all? Does she do all of her social interactions over zoom/etc? Does she have a few people she has been seeing and now feels liek she has to stop?

She will see people outside but her friends and boyfriend all left for school so she has not gotten the chance to see anyone. She FaceTimes her friends and texts them a lot, she may go visit one soon. Her family is nice and will financially support her if she needs anything. She has a small close group of friends who support each other through everything.

She has a close knit group of friends. She loves basketball because it is a fast moving sport where teammates have to work together. She works out, goes outside to play basketball with her siblings, does school work, and will go out to eat with her family.

She used to work at a restaurant but quit because of the virus so now she is no longer working. She is thinking about setting up a clinic for basketball.

My character has a close knit family, she has a mom, dad, brother, and sister. Now she does not have any money coming in, so if she ever needs anything her parents typically help out because they feel bad. Since she is doing school remote, she sadly can not play anymore but she will try to go outside when it is nice weather and play with her siblings. At school they are going to try to test more people to keep it from getting cancelled, and if it seems safe she may decide to go to school in the spring and play.

Her bedroom is bright, clean, and organized. It is blue with a good amount of decorations, one of the decorations has stars hanging on her wall. She has a close knit friend group, but they all went away to school so she has not seen them and not being able to hang out with them has made it harder. Her mental health has been okay, she is close with her family so that helps, but it is slowly getting harder as the numbers go up.
