On September 14th at approximately 3 pm, I received a positive Covid-19 result and was forced to isolate in Rowans Triad apartments. This had happened to me because I had been around people on the Rowan University campus. I was on the Rowan University campus because I am a freshman student dorming for the fall 2020 semester. I am here for the fall 2020 semester because I had applied for this college towards the end of my junior year of high school. I decided to apply to Rowan because I had taken a tour of the campus and really appreciated the campus and the program for their undecided students. I also applied here because I had aimed to stay In the state. I had taken the tour because I was interested in this college and my mom wanted to see the campus. I like the school because I had heard about it from many people. Plus, it offers in-state tuition, its close to home, great campus/environment, and I was really impressed with the undecided program. I had heard about the school through friends who attended Marlboro High School and had been attending Rowan University. I am friends with them because I attended Marlboro High School with them. I attended Marlboro High School because that is where I was zoned to based on where I lived. I lived there because it was at the time where I lived in my 3rd house in Marlboro, NJ. I went to my zoned High School because I was denied from a specialized program. I was denied from the law program at Colts Neck High School because my grade on the admissions test was insufficient. I scored poorly on the admissions test because I had not studied well. I had not studied well because my studying habits in middle school were very poor. My study skills in middle school were poor because I had not really been taught good studying habits. I had not been taught good studying habits because my teachers were not good at their jobs. I had gone to Marlboro Middle School because it was my zoned school. I had been zoned there because I had gone to Marlboro Elementary School where everyone graduates to Marlboro Middle School. I had gone to Marlboro Elementary school because I had moved to Marlboro, New Jersey when I was 5 years old and lived in the zoned area for that school. I had moved to Marlboro New, New Jersey because I had previously lived in Brooklyn, NY and my parents did not want to raise me and my sister in Brooklyn. I had lived in Brooklyn, NY because that is where my parents lived after they had immigrated from Russia. They had moved from Russia because their parents had believed that they would have a better future here in America. I had also lived there because they still lived there when I was born on June 20, 2002.
