I went to Quick Check at 9:30pm to buy ice cream. I went at 9:30pm because I had just finished italian food and wanted a sweeter taste in my mouth. I had italian food because it was the weekend. It was the weekend of Rosh Hashanah and we were not eating the typical Rosh Hashanah food. We were not eating the typical food because we had just gotten home from my grandparents earlier than on Rosh Hashanah. We got home earlier because we sat outside for the day and ordered lunch instead of making a typical Rosh Hashanah dinner. We ordered lunch at the diner in my town because it is good food and easy because we were sitting outside. We were sitting outside because of COVID. Because of COVID, we instead played spike ball with my cousins. We played spike ball because it is our new favorite game since they brought it to the beach. They brought it to the beach because we were staying at a house in Lavalette for the week. We were at a house in Lavalette for the week because we were supposed to go to a place in the Poconos called Woodloch but could not go because of the Virus. We were supposed to go to Woodloch for the longest time we have ever gone for because it is our favorite place and to celebrate my sister’s 16th birthday, my parents anniversary, and my graduation. We were going for a long time to celebrate those occasions but also because it was the first summer with no sports for my sister and I. It was the first summer with no sports because I had played volleyball for the past four years of high school, and I always had to worry about either tryouts or practicing and my sister was not trying out for soccer this year. I wasn’t trying out for volleyball because I had just graduated high school in July and volleyball for my high school was over. I had just graduated high school in July because graduation was extended to then. It was extended until then because we were waiting to see if we can hold in-person graduations. We were waiting to see if we could hold in-person graduations because the governor had to pass a certain order allowing more people outside or just allowing graduations in general. He had to just allow graduations in general because he had originally cancelled all graduations. He had cancelled all graduations because there would be too many people outside because of the pandemic. There was a pandemic because there was a new virus that came to the US from China. It came from China because many people take a plane from China to the US and people in the US started to feel symptoms. People started to feel symptoms because they just had gotten sick and now were unsure of what it was. They were unsure of what it was because it was a new virus no one has heard of before.
