My friends and I were watching Legally Blonde. We were watching Legally Blonde because we were eating Chinese food. We were eating Chinese food because it was dinner time. We were eating dinner late that night because I had to go on an hour long walk. I had to go on the walk because I had to pick up my keys from my friend. I had to pick them up because I left them in her car the previous day. I left them in the car because they fell on the floor and I never realized. I never realized because we were catching up and just driving around. We were driving around because we did not know what else to do. We did not know what else to do because there is not a lot to do on campus or in the area during corona. There was not much to do besides drive around and catch up during corona because of the social limits set in place. We were catching up because we were new friends. We were new friends because one of my best friends introduced us a few weeks prior. She introduced us because she thought we would get along well and both wanted to meet new people. We wanted to meet new people because it is hard to meet a lot of people right now. It is hard to meet people because of corona, but have still been able to meet a few. We have been able to meet a few because I had been playing volleyball every few nights with the friends I already had and people walking by would join in. We were playing volleyball at night because none of our friends had night classes and we could stay there for a few hours. We could stay for a few hours because, surprisingly, there were little to no other groups of people trying to play at night. It was surprising there were no other groups because usually there are a lot of people out around campus doing things. There are usually people out because they are looking for things to do or to meet new people like we were. There are usually things to do because the campus used to host multiple events before corona. There were a lot of events to get students involved in different activities and provide opportunities to meet people. Colleges like to host events to get students involved because it keeps the students happier and looks good to people considering going to the school. Events keep the students happier because there is not much else to do in the immediate area, especially without a car, and gives them something different to do from their normal activities. There is not much to do in the area because Glassboro is not a city and they had to build their own little college town to make the university more desirable. They wanted to make the university more desirable so more students would apply to and attend the school.

Nice work on this. The connection of a small car ride to a global pandemic is a great example of how given circumstances shape our events.
